Time to Sleep, Which Is Best

During the day we get so many things done. We go to our jobs, take care of our families, eat, drink, go shopping, and visit doctors. The hour at which we go to bed can play a role in how we feel the next day. If you consistently go to be at four in the morning and get up at eight in the morning then that is only four hours of sleep. That is not enough to function good and make the most out of the day. It would only make more sense to go ahead and go to bed around ten and then get up at around seven or eight in the morning. This will be about eight hours or more. This is what research has shown to be a good number to aim for when thinking about the length of time you should sleep during the night. It might take you some time to unwind from the day so if you chill out at about eight and watch the television and relax then by ten you will be all ready to doze off and have sweet dreams. It is best if you eat about one hour before you go to bed so that your stomach will have time to digest some of the food and guarantee that you will not have problems with pain when you fall asleep.
