The partnership responsible for creating 24,411 sq ft of office space at the property comprised of Faircroft and Ethel Austin Properties and Arrowcroft.
Outside of this partnership, the current tenant JAK Taverns has taken 603 sq ft of additional shared office space at the building to top off their previous letting of 1,760 sq ft.
